At Kris Kros, your satisfaction is our priority. We strive to ensure every product you receive meets the highest quality standards. However, if you’re not entirely satisfied, we’re here to help.


1. Returns Eligibility

You may request a return only if the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

  • You have proof of purchase (order ID or invoice)

Non-returnable items:

  • Used or damaged products

  • Items purchased on final sale or discount

  • Products without original packaging


2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

  1. Email us at support@kriskros.in with your order ID and reason for return

  2. Our team will verify the request and provide return instructions

  3. Return shipping must be done via a trackable courier service (customer bears the cost unless the return is due to our error)


3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • ✅ If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method

  • Refund will exclude shipping charges, unless the product was defective or wrongly shipped


4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share photos or videos of the damaged item via email

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost


5. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped

  • To cancel, email us immediately at support@kriskros.in with your order ID

  • Once shipped, the order is no longer eligible for cancellation
